Our web site automatically adds shipping charges to your order based on the dollar value of your order not location. The shipping charges displayed are based on shipments to the Continental United States ONLY. If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii or in a foreign country – we will advise you on the shipping charges for your location if they differ from what is listed. Below are the rates for Ground Shipments:

 EXPRESS SHIPMENTS: We provide Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day Express Shipping to all customers in the U.S.A. Please specify a delivery date. We will call you with amounts and options. As an ESTIMATE ONLY expect to pay an additional $10.00 for 3-Day Express; $15.00 for 2-Day Express; $25.00 for Next Day Service. We use FedEx for Air Shipments they deliver Monday thru Friday Only and they have until 7:00 PM to make their deliveries. Note that a signature is required for all Air Shipments – have someone present to sign for your package. If time permits we will send you a tracking number via e-mail. We do not recommend Air Shipments of styro-foam products or Hats. Oversized Shipments see below.

OVERSIZED SHIPMENTS: Please add $10.00 per item per carton (when specified) for Ground Shipments ONLY. Express shipments of oversized items will be charged according to shipping company rates for oversized items - do not use the above-posted shipping rates.

INVENTORY: Halloween Manor is a warehouse company. We try to keep inventory on all products listed on this site. We also try to keep the site updated regarding delivery dates as manufacturers inform us. During peak season those dates may change unannounced because inventory status changes on an hourly basis. We will try to inform you regarding inventory status change and an estimated time of delivery. We do not charge your credit card until the shipment is ready – if an item becomes unavailable you may cancel your order at that time. You may not cancel your order if the unavailable item becomes available and has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY: Due to the nature of the business – ALL SALES ARE FINAL from September 15 th thru December 31st – NO RETURNS ALLOWED. For the rest of the year, returns must be approved within 5 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in new condition (unused) and in its original packaging. No credit will be issued on items damaged beyond our control. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Non-refundable items include such items as makeup, hair sprays, masks, special ordered items and close-out items. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. On-line catalog misprints are rare, but subject to correction. PICTURES DO NOT REPRESENT COLORS THAT ARE IN STOCK. DYE LOTS DO VARY. WE WILL SHIP FROM AVAILABLE STOCK IF A COLOR IS NOT SPECIFIED.

WAREHOUSE HOURS: The shipping warehouse is open M-F 9:00am to 4:00pm PST. Orders received after hours will be processed the next available day. During our peak season (9/15-10/31) a delay of 1-2 days may occur before your order is processed.
